  • ¼ cupmilk
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • Zest of1large orange
  • 1 cupfresh cranberries, halved
  • ½ cupwhite chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Start by whisking together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In another large bowl, use your mixer to beat the softened butter with the granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture.
  4. Blend sour cream, milk, vanilla extract, and orange zest into the egg mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in halved cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Fill cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes at 350°F.
  8. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese and butter, adding powdered sugar, melted white chocolate, and vanilla.
  9. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes and decorate with fresh cranberries and powdered sugar.
