A natural and healthier alternative to store-bought candy, made with fresh strawberries and pineapple.

- 2 cupsfresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1 cupfresh pineapple, diced
- Β½ cuphoney (or agave syrup for a vegan version)
- 1 teaspoonlemon juice
- Β½ teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to a low temperature of 175Β°F (80Β°C).
- Blend the hulled and diced strawberries and pineapple with honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the fruit mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 4-5 hours until firm and non-sticky.
- Cool and cut the candy into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
