- 4 tablespoonsunsalted butter
- 3garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoonlemon zest
- 1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoonchopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Begin by carefully using kitchen shears to cut down the center of each lobster shell, keeping the cut neat and stopping just short of the tail fin.
