Ingredients
- 2boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tspdried oregano
- ½ tspsmoked paprika
- Juice of½lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2soft flatbreads or naan
- ½ cupcreamy tzatziki
- ½ cupdiced cucumbers
- ½ cupcherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cupthinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cupcrumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbspchopped fresh dill or parsley
Instructions
- Combine the sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Allow the chicken to rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each piece of marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Warm the flatbreads until soft and pliable.
- Spread a layer of tzatziki over each flatbread and layer on the chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve immediately.
