A creamy and comforting Alfredo Tortellini Bake that delights with rich flavors and easy preparation.

- 1package of refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoonsbutter
- 3garlic cloves, minced
- 4 ouncescream cheese, softened
- 1 cupheavy or whipping cream
- 1 cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Cook the refrigerated cheese tortellini according to the package instructions, but for one minute less than directed. Drain and spread evenly in the casserole dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt two tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add softened cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until creamy. Incorporate half of the Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the cooked tortellini and stir gently to coat. Top with remaining Parmesan and sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted, optionally broiling for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a golden top.
