Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 375Β°F. This is the ideal temperature for ensuring your meatloaf cooks thoroughly and safely. While the oven is heating, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. This will prevent the meatloaf from sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Mix these ingredients until theyβre evenly combined, but be careful not to overmix to maintain a tender texture.
- Add the finely chopped yellow onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Use your hands or a spatula to fold these flavor-packed ingredients into the chicken mixture until just combined.
