- 1/2 cupunsalted butter (for frosting)
- 1/4 cupwhole milk
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (for frosting)
- 3to4cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and prepare your baking pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then fold into wet ingredients.
