  • 2boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • ½ tspsmoked paprika
  • Juice of½lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2soft flatbreads or naan
  • ½ cupcreamy tzatziki
  • ½ cupdiced cucumbers
  • ½ cupcherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cupthinly sliced red onion
  • cupcrumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbspchopped fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Allow the chicken to rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each piece of marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Warm the flatbreads until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread a layer of tzatziki over each flatbread and layer on the chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve immediately.
