  • 6 tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ozcream cheese (3blocks), softened
  • ΒΎ cupgranulated sugar
  • 3large eggs
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • Β½ cupsour cream
  • 1 cupcaramel sauce
  • 1 cupsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • Β½ cupsemisweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease your 9-inch springform pan. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, follow with vanilla and sour cream.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake: Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set.
  4. Chill and Add Toppings: Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add caramel, toasted coconut, and chocolate drizzle before serving.
