This sweet indulgence combines the creamy richness of chocolate with the crunch of peanuts and the airy fluffiness of marshmallows.

  • 2 cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cupsmilk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 2 cupsminiature marshmallows
  • cupsdry roasted cocktail peanuts

Instructions

  1. To begin, line two baking sheets with wax paper.
  2. In a large heat-safe mixing bowl, combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips along with the vegetable oil.
  3. Once the chocolate has cooled down a bit, gently fold in the miniature marshmallows and dry roasted cocktail peanuts.
  4. Using a 1½ tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  5. Now, the hardest part: letting the clusters chill!

Notes

Ensure the chocolate isn’t too hot when adding marshmallows to prevent melting them.
