- 1 cuppowdered sugar
- 1 cupcold heavy cream
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- Red and green sprinkles
- Optional: Crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Start by mixing together your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium-sized bowl. The combination should be well-combined and slightly damp to the touch.
- While your crust is setting, in a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract.
- Spoon or pipe your creamy filling into the chilled crusts, smoothing the tops with a spatula. Top with festive sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
- Return the cheesecakes to the refrigerator and allow them to chill for at least an hour before serving.
