  • 1 cupcucumber slices
  • ½ cupKalamata olives
  • ½ cuproasted red peppers
  • 1 cuphummus
  • 1 cuptzatziki
  • Warm pita or flatbread
  • Optional: fresh parsley or mint, lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting the halloumi dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the halloumi slices for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  3. While the halloumi is cooking, warm the honey over low heat and stir in the chili flakes and lemon juice.
  4. On a large serving platter, place the hummus and tzatziki in small bowls. Artistically arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, and roasted red peppers around the dips.
  5. Finally, place the warm halloumi slices on the platter, drizzle with chili honey, and garnish with fresh parsley or mint.
