These White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are packed with the sweetness of white chocolate and the tartness of dried cranberries.

1 cupunsalted butter, softened
1 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
2large eggs
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
2 3/4 cupsall-purpose flour
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 1/2 cupswhite chocolate chips
1 cupdried cranberries
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then mix in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and arrange them on prepared baking sheets, leaving space in between.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Notes
For a crunch, consider adding chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans.
