  • 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupswhite chocolate chips
  • 1 cupdried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and arrange them on prepared baking sheets, leaving space in between.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
