- 397 gramssweetened condensed milk
- 72 gramshot chocolate mix
- 56 gramssalted butter, sliced
- 2 teaspoonspure vanilla extract
- 4 cupsminiature marshmallows, divided
- 85 gramssemi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzle)
- 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, hot chocolate mix, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring until smooth. Heat in 45-second increments if needed.
- Add vanilla extract and fold in 2 cups of marshmallows.
- Microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften remaining marshmallows.
- Spread fudge mixture in the prepared dish evenly.
- Top with remaining marshmallows, press gently, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
