- 1 cupcherry pie filling, fresh or canned
- 1large egg
- 1 tablespoonwhole milk
- 1 cuppowdered sugar
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 2to3tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 400°F).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and divide it into squares.
- Fill each square with cherry pie filling and fold to seal.
- Press edges together and crimp with a fork.
- Whisk egg with milk for egg wash and brush over turnovers.
